The Problem with Venting

Published Categorized as Personal Words

A common understanding of why we can’t say what we want when we want.

why the hell not? writing is a concept. it is in reality, verbal masturbation of one’s own thoughts and feelings. this is no different than blowing off steam in a physical way. what is all the fuss about? the world is crazy, plain and simple.

insults are targeted. they are words use to abuse someone about their nature or lifestyle. someone does that because they themselves have a need for revenge or because they aren’t happy in their own skin, therefore, if they lash out at someone else, they are not facing their own truths.

if we could all speak our minds, properly, we would see a very different world than the one we live in. most people would think, chaos would take place, we would start killing each other.

I beg to differ.

i believe there would be less stress, less sickness being able to express the exact thoughts in that moment. there would be no frustration, no hesitation just true expression. of course there has to be a rule about this: for instance, the world would have to understand speaking freely is unconditional and no harm would be done to those who express in their own way.

that’s just it though, the problem is that we take things personally and humanity can’t accept the truth. most of the time i just want to scream out loud that i have been shafted in life and that i should be able to exist without worry. as most of the people in this horrible world, we all have our own stresses and concept about how people should live.

people who work hard feel the need to get everything they want and those who get handed everything take all for granted.

this past month i have been thinking about where my life is going, what road i should take and where is my path and purpose. it is very unclear. i suppose that is what happens after you have been through 3 deaths in one year but the idea still lies behind my mind.

the question is: if so many of us are suffering, why don’t we take a different approach to life?
