Identify the problem

Published Categorized as mental health words

there is no cure for Mental Health. if you believe there is, then you need to regroup or turn the page of time. we have been having this conversation for a very long time and today i find myself remembering how humans face different issues in their space.

when we dig deep enough, we look for the problem and automatically believe we are defective in some way, that in the greater scheme of things, we were cursed with evil thoughts, negative feelings and certainly no way to see the light in any given situation.

my story is not one of choice but one of planned outside conditioning and now that i know that, i am here to tell you, it doesn’t get any easier as time goes on. we try and make a better life but the circumstances surrounding life’s little chaos, make it very hard to be that better person.

i don’t care who you are or what you do in life, your race, gender, upbringing, it is all the same. you either get the golden ticket or you don’t.

so when i say, +IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM,

there is no problem, there is only the FACTS AND REALITY.
